We are a building and consultancy firm based in Rugeley, Staffordshire, specialising in a wide range of services from Planning, Architectural Services and building to SAP Calculations and EPC’s.
We will help you design your building works and help push them through planning. We can then construct the project for you!
We provide SAP calculations, Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) and Compliance Reports for new single or multiple dwellings and refurbishment projects. We can then Air Tightness Test your new home at completion stage for all new homes and conversions. Keep Part L of the Building Regulations under one roof!
We will conduct an Air Tightness Test to ensure that you achieve the target of your SAP Calculation. Air tightness testing is a recognised method of measuring the extent to which air is lost through leaks in the building fabric. It is sometimes referred to as air leakage testing or air pressure testing.
It is vital that we are involved at Design stage in your project so that we can advise you on best constriction practices, building materials, heating options and renewable’s if required. It’s at this stage that we can save you plenty of money!
We work nationwide, and more closely in Staffordshire, Midlands, North and South! We are based in Rugeley, Staffordshire.
